Príbehy partnerských vztahu slouží jako východisko k výzkumu (s)vedomí a jeho vztahu ke skutecnosti, který je ale natácen jako sebevražedný atentát na víru v pravdivost dokumentu (jež je jen dogmatem, deformujícím realitu), a tak se milostné peripetie otce, vychovávajícího své dve dcery, stávají svérázným experimentálním overováním filmových teorií, když scénár spolu s autorem psali C. G. Jung, Epstein, Kracauer, Balázs, Vertov, Bazin, Metz i Deleuze.

Jung, Epstein, Kracauer, Balázs, Vertov, Bazin, Metz and Deleuze.
